Introdução do produto
O P780018 air filter is a cylindrical safety air filter designed to provide secondary engine protection in heavy-duty equipment operating in dusty environments. It works inside the primary filter and helps prevent contaminants from entering the engine during primary-filter replacement or accidental damage.
Its reinforced metal mesh, durable filter media and molded end caps provide reliable structural stability and consistent airflow. The P780018 measures approximately 238 mm in length, 55 mm in outer diameter and 41 mm in inner diameter. It is tested according to the ISO 5011 air-filter standard. (JLG specifications)

Caso do produto
A construction-equipment maintenance company experienced frequent primary-filter replacement because its machines operated in high-dust conditions. During servicing, the existing inner filters showed signs of contamination and structural wear.
The maintenance team installed compatible P780018 safety air filters after confirming the equipment model and dimensions. The replacement elements provided an additional protective barrier during primary-filter servicing and helped reduce the risk of dust entering the clean side of the air-intake system.
