Product Introduction
The 20998805 Fuel Filter is a replacement diesel fuel filter cartridge designed for compatible Volvo trucks, construction machinery, and heavy-duty diesel engines. It helps remove dirt, rust, and other harmful solid contaminants from diesel fuel before they reach sensitive components such as the fuel pump and injectors.
The filter uses high-quality pleated filtration media to provide a large effective filtration surface within a compact cylindrical structure. Durable molded end caps and a correctly fitted sealing ring support secure installation and help prevent contaminated fuel from bypassing the filter media.

Product Case
A construction-equipment parts distributor required a replacement diesel fuel filter for Volvo trucks and heavy machinery operating under demanding working conditions.
The customer provided the 20998805 OE number, an original filter sample, equipment information, and estimated annual quantity. The supplier checked the overall dimensions, pleated media, molded end caps, sealing-ring size, and installation structure.
After compatibility was confirmed, samples were produced for fitment and quality evaluation. The customer approved the sample and selected private-label packaging with its own logo, barcode, and product number.
The 20998805 fuel filters were then manufactured in bulk and supplied to truck workshops, construction-equipment service centers, fleet-maintenance customers, and aftermarket distributors.
